School Uniform

  • Uniform Policy: All students are required to adhere strictly to the school uniform policy as specified by AIMS. Guardians should ensure their ward is appropriately dressed as per the school's uniform guidelines.
  • Boys' Uniform: This includes a white shirt, navy blue trousers, and the school tie with appropriate black shoes and socks.
  • Girls' Uniform: This comprises a white blouse, navy blue skirt/pinafore, school tie (if applicable), with appropriate black shoes and socks.
  • Uniform Neatness and Compliance: Students must wear the complete uniform neatly and in good condition during school hours, including school-specific identity badges, as provided by the institution. Uniform modifications or alterations are not permitted without prior approval from the school authorities.
  • Special Days and Events: On designated days, such as birthdays, cultural events or sports meets, students may be allowed to wear specified attire or casual wear approved by the school.

Attendance

  • Attendance Requirement: Students are expected to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance for each academic year. Exceptions due to illness or unavoidable circumstances must be supported by a written note from a parent or guardian.
  • Late Arrival and Early Departure: Punctuality is vital. Students arriving late must report to the school office and obtain a late arrival slip. Early departures during school hours should be approved by the school administration in advance.
  • Attendance Records: Attendance records will be maintained regularly. Parents/guardians will be notified of any concerning patterns of absenteeism or tardiness.

Safety Measures

  • Guardian Identification for Pick-Up: For the safety and security of the students, only guardians possessing a specific identification card issued by the school will be permitted to pick up or drop off their ward. This ID card is mandatory for access to the premises.
  • Authorized Pickup List:The school will maintain an authorized list of individuals permitted to pick up students. Changes or additions to this list must be formally communicated and updated by the guardians.
  • Commitment to Student Safety: This guardian identification and authorized pickup list policy underscore the school's unwavering commitment to the safety and security of our students.

General Conduct

  • Behavior and Discipline: Students are expected to conduct themselves with decorum, respecting all school staff, fellow students, and visitors. Any form of disruptive behavior, including bullying, harassment, or disobedience, will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action.
  • Classroom Etiquette: Students should actively participate in classroom activities, follow instructions from teachers, maintain cleanliness in the classroom, and avoid any form of distraction during lessons.
  • Homework and Assignment Submission: Completion and timely submission of homework, projects, and assignments are mandatory. Late submissions should have a valid reason supported by a note from a parent or guardian.
  • Respect for School Property: Students are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and preserving school property. Any damage caused deliberately or due to negligence must be reported immediately.

Extracurricular Activities & Events

  • Participation in Extracurriculars: Active involvement in extracurricular activities such as sports, cultural events, and educational trips is encouraged to promote holistic development.
  • Event Attendance and Support: Attendance and participation in school events, including celebrations, exhibitions, and competitions, is encouraged and often mandatory. Support fellow students in their endeavors.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Parent-School Communication: Parents/guardians are encouraged to maintain open communication with teachers and the school administration for regular updates on their child's progress and any concerns.
  • Communication with Guardians: The school will communicate important updates, events, or concerns with guardians through the designated communication channel. Regular communication and participation in parent-teacher meetings are encouraged.

Fee Rules:

  • Admission Form fees is Rs. 100/-
  • Term Fees: The term fees are divided into equal installments payable throughout the academic year (for each semester or term)
  • Graduate Division
  • Admission Fees: The admission fees are a one-time charge payable only in the 1st installment upon enrollment for each level. Admission fees is Rs. 3000/- **50% inaugural discount on admission fees till July 2024.**
  • Late Fees: Late fees are applicable for delayed payments. In case fees are not paid by the due dates mentioned in the fee payment chart, a late fee of Rs. 50 /- will be charged for each installment delay. However, to delay the payment of fees for any serious reasons should require the prior sanction of the Principal.
  • Re-Admission Fee may apply if a student's enrollment is canceled due to prolonged non-payment or rejoining the school after withdrawal.
