Rules & Regulations for Admission
1. Parents must submit three (3) photocopies of each of the following documents at the
time of
admission:
- Birth Certificate of the student.
- Aadhaar Card of the student
- Aadhaar Cards of both parents
- Photographs of students and parents in envelope.
2. One original Transfer Certificate (TC) and previous class result/mark sheet must be
submitted.
3. All required documents must be submitted within one month from the date of admission
form
submission.
- Failure to submit documents within this period will result in cancellation of
admission.
- Admission fee and monthly fee will not be refunded in such cases.
4. All rules and regulations are available on the school website. Parents are requested
to read them
carefully before applying. www.aimsschool.in
5. The admission form is valid for one week from the date of purchase.
- If the form is not submitted within this period, parents must purchase a new form.
6. At the time of interview, both parents must be present.
7. After submission, if the form is selected, an interview date will be given.
- If the interview date is missed, the admission will be cancelled.
8. All information filled in the admission form must be exactly as per the Aadhaar
records. Any
discrepancy may lead to rejection of the form.
9. Half-day leave is not permitted
- In case of an emergency, a written application must be submitted.
10. Late fees Rs.50 will be charged after the due date of 14th of every month.
11. Late fees will be charged if the payment is not made by the due date,even if the due
date falls on
a government holiday. In such cases , parents can submit the fees online and must send
the payment
screenshot to the respective class teacher ,mentioning the student’s name,class and fee
month.
