School Uniform

  • Uniform Policy: All students are required to adhere strictly to the school uniform policy as specified by AIMS. Guardians should ensure their ward is appropriately dressed as per the school's uniform guidelines.
  • Uniform Neatness and Compliance: TEnsure the child is clean, well-groomed, and dressed appropriately for the school day. Students must wear the complete uniform neatly and in good condition during school hours, including school-specific identity badges, as provided by the institution. Parents are requested to deposit Rs.50 rs and fill the form
  • Special Days and Events: On designated days, such as birthdays, cultural events or sports meets, students may be allowed to wear specified attire or casual wear approved by the school.
    ● Parents must ensure their child is equipped with an adequate supply of diapers (if applicable) and extra clothing, including underwear, socks, pants, and shirts.
    ● Extra clothing should be clearly labeled with the child's name and kept in a designated bag.
    ● Clearly label any personal belongings brought to school to prevent loss or confusion.

Boys Uniform

    • Half sleeve striped shirt with school logo on the pocket and mandarin collar

Arrival and Departure

  • For the safety and security of the students, only guardians possessing a specific identification card issued by the school will be permitted to pick up or drop off their ward. This ID card is mandatory for access to the premises.
  • The school will maintain an authorized list of individuals permitted to pick up students. Changes or additions to this list must be formally communicated and updated by the guardians.
  • Students must be picked up and dropped off at Gate 1.There will be a 10 mins margin for parents to pick up and drop their child as per the school timings. Students arriving late will not be allowed to enter the school premises. Early departures during school hours should be approved by the school administration in advance.
  • Parents/guardians are advised to strictly adhere to the school timings for pick-up and drop-off to avoid any inconvenience or disruption.
  • Parents are expected to follow all security protocols at the school gates.
  • Courteous behavior with staff and adherence to school rules is mandatory for all visitors.
  • Any grievances or concerns must be communicated through proper channels.
  • For any urgent queries or issues regarding fees or administrative matters, please contact the school office during working hours.

Attendance

Attendance Requirement

Students are expected to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance in each academic year to ensure consistent learning and participation in all classroom activities. Any exceptions to this requirement, such as absences due to illness, personal emergencies, or other unavoidable circumstances, must be properly documented.

A written note from a parent or guardian or a certified medical certificate must be submitted to the school authorities as proof of the absence. Maintaining regular attendance is essential for academic progress, understanding the curriculum fully, and benefiting from all scheduled lessons, discussions, and practical sessions.

Exam Rules

No Re-Exams or Make-Up Tests

  • Please be aware that there will be no re-exams or make-up tests for missed examinations. It is crucial that all students attend their scheduled exams.

Clear All Fee Dues

  • To be eligible to sit for the exams, all outstanding fees must be cleared before the exam period begins. Students with pending fees will not be permitted to take their exams.

Emergency Notifications

  • In the event of an emergency that may prevent a student from attending an exam, parents must inform the respective teacher or the school administration as soon as possible.

Strict Anti-Cheating Policy

  • We uphold a strict no-tolerance policy towards cheating. Any student found engaging in dishonest practices during the exams will face serious disciplinary action in accordance with school policies.

No Half Days

  • Students are expected to attend the full duration of their exams. No half-day or early departures will be permitted during the exam period.
  • To be eligible to appear for exams, students must maintain a minimum attendance of 75% for the academic year. Regular attendance is crucial for academic success and ensures that students are well-prepared for their exams. Students who do not meet this attendance requirement will not be permitted to sit for their exams. If you have any concerns or need to discuss attendance issues, please contact the school administration as soon as possible.

General Conduct

    Students are expected to conduct themselves with decorum, respecting all school staff, fellow students, and visitors. Any form of disruptive behavior, including bullying, harassment, or disobedience, will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action.

    Classroom Etiquette

    Students should actively participate in classroom activities, follow instructions from teachers, maintain cleanliness in the classroom, and avoid any form of distraction during lessons.

    Homework and Assignment Submission

    Completion and timely submission of homework, projects, and assignments are mandatory. Late submissions should have a valid reason supported by a note from a parent or guardian.

    Respect for School Property

    Students are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and preserving school property. Any damage caused deliberately will result in strict action and students are liable to pay the fine.

Extracurricular Activities and Events

Health and Medical Requirements

  • Provide up-to-date medical information, including emergency contact numbers, allergies, and any specific health conditions or medications the child requires.
  • Parents are advised to notify the school authorities of any health concerns or allergies of their child.

Nutrition and Meals

  • Provide nutritious meals and snacks for the child. No junk food.
  • Ensure meals and snacks are packed securely in appropriate containers to prevent spillage or contamination.
  • Please send a napkin along with the tiffin to inculcate table manners.

Emergency Preparedness

  • Provide updated emergency contact information and authorized individuals for the school to contact in case of emergencies.
  • Familiarize them with the school's emergency procedures and protocols for handling medical emergencies or unforeseen events.

Respect for School Policies

  • Parents should adhere to the school’s policies and regulations regarding attendance, behaviour, safety, and other relevant matters

Leave policy

    Submit a Leave Application

    Along with the leave application, please provide a medical certificate or relevant documentation from a healthcare provider. This helps us to keep accurate records and offer any necessary support.

    Attach Medical Documentation

    A formal leave application must be submitted to the school, stating the reason for the absence and the expected duration.

Incomplete assignments and classwork

We would like to bring to your attention the issue of incomplete assignments and classwork. It is crucial for the academic progress of each student that they complete all assigned work on time. Please note the following:

It is the student's responsibility to complete all assignments, even if they are absent from school. Teachers will not be held responsible for ensuring that absent students complete their work. If the student is absent, students or their parents should communicate with the teacher or classmates to obtain any missed assignments and ensure they are completed in a timely manner. Incomplete work will affect the student's grades and may result in additional consequences as determined by the teacher.

We request parents to support their children in staying organised and keeping up with their schoolwork, especially after an absence.

Note: These rules and regulations aim to promote cooperation and partnership between parents and the school in ensuring the well-being and development of young children in their care.The school management authority has the right to take necessary action on the violation of above mentioned rules and protocols.

Parental Cooperation

  • Parents are required to look into their children’s school diary every day and see that the lessons and homework assigned are duly completed.
  • Remarks made in the school diary should be acknowledged and counter signed regularly by the parents.
  • If you feel that your child is not making the desired progress, please make it a point to discuss it with the Principal, the class teacher and the subject teacher.
  • Criticism of a teacher or the school, in the presence of the student should be avoided. This may cause the student to lose respect for his teacher and the school.
  • Parents are not allowed to meet their children or their teachers during school hours without prior permission of the principal.
  • Parents are requested to inform the school of any change of address and phone number.
  • Visitors are not allowed to meet the teachers in their respective classrooms.
  • Parents are required to send their children to school on time.
  • Presence of every child is compulsory in the prayer assembly.
  • The child who fails to reach the school on time and does not attend the assembly may be sent back home.
  • Parents should not take the child out of station during school days without the prior permissions of the Principal.
  • Children will not be allowed to go home from school in between school hours except for any unforeseen circumstance.

Parent-Teacher Meetings

Every campus periodically organizes parent-teacher meetings to ensure effective communication between parents and teachers. During these meetings, important discussions and talks are arranged on child education, academic progress, discipline, and overall child welfare.

These sessions help parents understand their child’s development and allow teachers to address concerns and provide guidance. Attendance of all parents at such meetings is compulsory, as their participation plays a vital role in the student’s growth and success.

General Rules

  • Students of all classes should attend the prayer meetings in the morning. Students coming late may not be allowed to enter the class without the Principal’s permission.
  • Parents or attendants are not allowed to enter any classrooms. No servant is permitted in the school premises until the school gets over.
  • No child should be absent without a prior written leave application.In case of contagious illness, the child is not allowed to attend the school without a fitness certificate from an authorised medical practitioner.
  • No jewellery is to be worn (wrist-watch) and no make up of any kind is to be used. Nails are to be kept trimmed.
  • Application of mehndi is not permitted.
  • The school doesn't accept responsibility for loss of books, money, clothes and other items belonging to the students.Each child is responsible for his/her own belongings.
  • Any damage to the property or premises by a student to be replaced /borne by him/her. Students should keep their bicycles at the school bicycle-stand, properly locked. School authorities will not be held responsible for any loss of unlocked bicycles kept in the bicycle-stand.
  • Every child is expected to abide by the values and standards set by the school.
  • It is compulsory for students to participate in school functions,sports, cultural and literary activities.For at least one function per year,the child will have to get a dress or a costume made, as per requirement.
  • No child is allowed to bring a mobile phone to school.
  • Parent’s cooperation is solicited in maintaining punctuality, regularity and discipline in all school functions.
  • Tiffin should be given to the student. It should not be sent later.

Progress Report

  • Parents are requested to collect the progress reports of their wards regularly on the dates announced by the school after every examination.
  • In case a duplicate report card is asked for, it will be issued against payment of Rs. 450/-

Admission

Please be advised that both the admission fees and monthly fees are strictly non-refundable. This policy applies under all circumstances, including admission cancellation, withdrawal from the school, or discontinuation of studies for any reason whatsoever.

Once the fees are paid, no refund requests will be entertained, regardless of personal, medical, or any other circumstances.

Payment of fee

    Admission Form fee is Rs.100/-

  • 02

    Term Fees: The term fees are divided into equal installments payable throughout the academic year ( for each semester or term).

  • 03

    Admission Fee: The admission fees are a one time charge payable only in the 1st installments upon enrollment for each level.

  • 04

    Late Fees: Late fees are applicable for delayed payments. In case fees are not paid by the 14th of each month , a late fee of Rs.50/- will be charged for each installments delay. However, to delay the payment of fees for any serious reasons should require the prior sanction of the Principal.

  • 05

    Parents are requested to clear all dues before 14th of every month , from 15th of every month late fee will be charged .

  • 06

    Re-Admission Fee may apply if a student’s enrollment is cancelled due to prolonged non-payment or rejoining the school after withdrawal.

  • 07

    No admission fees or monthly fee will be non refundable in case if admission is cancelled by the parents or school administration.

  • 08

    Parents can pay the fees via online payment in case school remains closed on the deadline of fee payment.

Office Work

Fees Submission
  • The office timings for fee submission are 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
  • Late fees will be charged if the payment is not made by the due date, even if the due date falls on a government holiday. In such cases, parents can submit the fees online and must send the payment screenshot to the respective class teacher, mentioning the student's name, class, and fee month.
Meetings with Teachers, Principal, or Vice Principal
  • Parents are requested to use Gate 2 for all query, official work, payment of fee, meetings with teachers, the Principal, or the Vice Principal
  • Meetings with the Principal, Vice Principal and teachers require prior appointments to ensure availability.
